Lyme Regis

Today we went to a sandy beach at Lyme Regis.

Notice that the boats are in water.

A Royal National Lifeboat Institution boat, ready to go.

A World War II mine

Plenty of "gifty shops"

Notice the school children in their uniforms.

This guy was pretty good.

Sand castles!

She's chasing the sea gull.
They deserved it as we saw one steal food out of a little girl's hand.

Kirah with her Cadbury's Flake 99.

For many of these men would lose their lives on D-Day.

This Cob we walked on is afforded the same preservation class as a cathedral.

Another view of the Cob

The tide is out!

Another view of the lifeboat
