Back to England

Today the Eiffel Tower was open.  The other day
that we were there it was closed due to a workers' strike.
We went by ourselves, because in the very crowded Metro
three 18-20 year-old girls stole a passport holder that held
Sue and Humphrey's passports, probably thinking
it had money in it.  They crowded around Sue and then
jumped off the train just as the door-closing alarm sounded.
Sue and H. had to go to the police and British Embassy
 to get temporary passports.
The blog put these photos in with the newest on top.
This is the inside of the Eurostar that goes under the
English Channel.

Here are the 186 mph trains.

More Paris

Today it was Notre Dame, the Louvre and Sacre Coeur.
