Be careful

Talked to some guys at work about my trip. One of them seemed concerned about the potential of my getting into trouble with some rednecks that might be looking for trouble. Said he wouldn't go without a gun. I've never owned a gun and don't plan to get one. Trust that I won't regret that decision. I've never made decisions in my life from that kind of reasoning. I will take his advice to be aware of my surroundings, and to use common sense. Will be leaving in six days. Looks like I may start out by going towards Rocky Mountain National Park. We'll see.
